Northern Italian chef Roberto Deiaco presents a modern Italian menu at AVENA Downtown, located in the heart of Greenwich Village, where the legendary restaurant Da Silvano used to be.

Chef Deiaco was previously the Executive Chef at Armani Ristrorante 5th Avenue and Cipriani. He came to New York to work at Palio in the mid 90's.

Avena Downtown's menu emphasizes freshness and modern techniques in Chef Deiaco's interpretation of Italian cuisine.
